SetHero engages with third-party subprocessors to help us provide services to our customers. These subprocessors may store or temporarily process Customer Content (content you submit to your SetHero account) and assist SetHero with processing it.

SetHero uses AI models to power certain AI-assisted features. We list the models we use here for full transparency — even though your content is never sent to, accessed by, or stored by these model providers. All AI models are accessed only through Amazon Bedrock (a service of Amazon Web Services, listed above) and run entirely inside SetHero's existing AWS environment.

How your data is protected:

• Completely optional — all AI features can be disabled at the company level by account owners.
• Your data stays 100% private — the models run inside our AWS environment; No AI model provider has no access to your inputs, outputs, or logs.
• Zero data retention — inputs and outputs are not stored after a response is generated.
• No training — your content is never used to train any AI model.
• Same region — processing happens in the same AWS region we already use for your data.
• Data minimization — the features are designed to prevent unnecessary personal data from being sent to the models.

As SetHero’s business continues to grow and evolve, these subprocessors may change. SetHero will notify the Customer of new sub-processors at least 30 days in advance, and the Customer has the right to object by contacting SetHero at privacy@sethero.com within 30 days of such notification.
